Package Booth includes :
space fee, wall panels, fascia with company name, carpet, information counter, display table, business card box, 4 chairs, 6 spotlights, stock room, electrical outlet, electrical supply up to 2.0kw, waste basket, and daily stand cleaning.

 

Part 1: Deposit for rental of Exhibition Space: 50% of total rental.

Part 2: Manner of payment shall be in two installments:

1. 50% deposit to be paid upon written application for participation.
2. 50% balance to be paid on or before June 8, 2012.
3. Instructions for payment will be indicated on all invoices which will be issued according to this schedule.
4. An exhibitor is responsible for all bank charges and other sundry charges related to the payment.

Part 3: Cancellation policy:

    Notification received;
    - Before or on April 6, 2012: 50% of total participation fee
    - After April 7, 2012 and before June 8, 2012: 75% of total participation fee
    - After June 9, 2012: 100% of total participation fee
