Package Booth (18sqm)  \966,000 / 18sqm (min. 18sqm)

Package Booth includes :
space fee, wall panels, fascia with company name, carpet, information counter, display table, business card box, 4 chairs, 6 spotlights, stock room, electrical outlet, electrical supply up to 2.0kw, waste basket, and daily stand cleaning.

 

Part 1: Deposit for rental of Exhibition Space: 50% of total rental.

Part 2: Manner of payment shall be in two installments:

1. 50% deposit to be paid upon written application for participation.
2. 50% balance to be paid on or before June 11, 2010.
3. Instructions for payment will be indicated on all invoices which will be issued according to this schedule.
4. The Exhibitor is responsible for all bank charges and other sundry charges related to the payment.

Part 3: Cancellation policy:

    Notification received;
    - Before or on April 9, 2010: 50% of total participation fee
    - After April 10, 2010 and before June 11, 2010: 75% of total participation fee
    - After June 12, 2010: 100% of total participation fee
