Pursuing the deliciousness of food is an eternal theme. FiT Japan is a future-oriented exhibition that showcases technologies that promote deliciousness factors such as new tastes, flavors, textures, and colors, while satisfying the health consciousness of consumers. FiT Japan is the perfect place to promote such ingredients and technology to food and beverage manufacturers, food service providers and distributors.
In featuring such taste solutions, FiT Japan is the first exhibition of its kind in Japan. In the food industry, the pursuit of taste is an eternal theme, and FiT Japan 2021 was the exhibition’s 4th edition, where about 100 suppliers showcased new tastes, flavors, textures and colors, in addition to the health of consumers.
All flavor and texture materials, from savory to sweet, as well as taste retention methods, will be gathered together to display differentiating ingredients and technologies that create the deliciousness of food, and maintain it. Information on ingredients and technologies will be disseminated to development staff, food services, and distributors of domestic and overseas food and beverage manufacturers.
Exhibitors present papers introducing new products, research results and new business development announcements. One of the hot topics involve evidence-supported ingredients, which more exhibitors are likely to introduce at the presentations. A total of 250 presentations, including several English presentations, were given by exhibitors during Hi Japan 2021.
In addition to the Exhibitor Presentations, there was a Special Conference that featured high-profile speakers who presented papers on the latest developments in ingredients technology, marketing trends and advances in food safety and quality control.
